Visual identity for a group of houses/apartments for rent, located in Porto and northern Portugal.

The visuals concept beggins with the meaning of pxv — peixe verde (green fish) —, strongly related with a very special and emotional bond from the project owners with the sea. This background drove us to the "fishes houses", houses placed at the ocean.

Also the claim is the merge from these 2 realities: ocean and welcoming (swellcome).
